Construction (Design and Management) Regulations - CDM 2007 When embarking on a building construction project health and saftey issues need to be considered at an early stage, in particular with reference to the CDM regulations. Certain development criteria require you to appoint a CDM co-ordinator to deal with health and safety issues. Failure to do so can lead to prosecution. In either case take professional advice before starting any project. Please contact us to discuss your requirement in more detail.
